Vicky Lee French, a certified yoga instructor, will teach a series of 6 classes beginning July 10th and ending with a class on August 14th. The 6 Wednesday classes will each begin at 8:45am and end at 9:45am.

Vicky calls her classes, "Mostly Yoga," and gears the instruction for all levels of yoga experience. No need to pre register.

The charge per class is $10 cash for visitors and no charge for Garden volunteers.  Proceeds go toward Garden maintenance.

Bring a yoga mat,  large towel and wear loose fitting clothes.  

SCBG volunteers and visitors are welcome.  Each participant will be asked to sign a hold harmless agreement.  It's suggested that participants check with their medical providers before joining the class.
